CAVITY PUMP SYSTEM
Progressing Cavity Pump (PCP)
system is a new kind of oil production equipment. The system
consists of surface drive part and down-hole part.
The surface drive part includes drive head, wellhead BOP
and electrical cabinet etc. Drive head provides power and
suitable rotation speed for production. The down-hole part
includes PCP, tubing anchor etc. PCP consists of rotor and
stator. It features continuous pumping, no sand lock and air
lock.
PCP system can be widely used for producing ordinary
crude oil, high viscosity oil and sandy crude etc., and it
can be used in flowing conversion well, well completion
testing, coal bed gas application etc.
With few moving parts, and without valves or complex
channel, it features continuous pumping, no sand lock and
air lock. The PC Pump can be widely used for production well
completion testing, coal bed gas application etc.
SURFACE PC PUMP
PCP is suitable for various
fluid mediums, especially for high viscosity medium, because
the pump is not sensitive to viscosity. It is also suitable
to transporting medium containing particle or fiber, and
mixture of gas and liquid. It is widely used in oil
industry, coal industry, chemical industry, metallurgical
and mine industry, paper making, building, industrial waste
water treating etc.PCP has features of wide speed range,
small pressure impulse, smooth running, low noise, simple
construction, easy repairing, reliable working, long life
etc. Flow rate can be adjusted by changing pump speed. Gear
reducer or pulley-belt reducer are integrated in drive head.
Motors can be equipped according to customer's requirements.
